Reorganize the flat 14-item toctree in files/index.rst into four sub-sections with their own index pages for proper sidebar navigation: - Accessing your files (web GUI, WebDAV, sync clients, uploads) - Managing your files (deleted files, versioning, quota) - Sharing & collaboration (sharing, file drop, federation, transfer) - Security & encryption (server-side encryption, E2EE) Also removes deprecated projects.rst (replaced by related resources app since Nextcloud 25).
