Zenphony One

AI-powered sales lead pipeline and outreach automation platform.

Platform Workflow

The platform follows a sequential sales automation workflow:

1. Customer Onboarding

  • Customer purchases a plan
  • AI-enhanced leads are immediately provisioned
  • Each lead includes: phone, email, social profiles, contactable status, category, keywords, AI lead score, location, pain points, business size, and a full AI-generated business summary

2. Email Client Connection

  • Customer connects their email client (Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP)
  • Required for sending outreach messages
  • Configured in Auto pipeline > Settings (/pipeline/settings)
  • Future: built-in sending domain to eliminate this step

3. Outreach — Two Paths

Manual Path (/pipeline/view)

  • Browse AI-enhanced leads in kanban or table view
  • Click any lead to see full AI intelligence
  • Compose and send messages personally using the provided lead data

Automatic Path — Auto pipeline (/pipeline/email)

  • Configure: message angle, offer description, tone/style
  • Set automatic follow-up count and schedule
  • Enable human-in-the-loop review (requires sales agent plan)
  • Preview AI-generated email sequences
  • Launch campaign with one click

4. Campaign Tracking (/campaigns)

  • Monitor live campaigns: sent, opened, replied, bounced
  • View analytics: open rate, reply rate, bounce rate
  • Expand campaigns to see individual message threads
  • Filter by status: Active, Paused, Completed, Draft
  • Send direct replies to respondents

5. Human-in-the-Loop — Team (/team)

  • If enabled, AI-drafted messages are reviewed by human sales agents before sending
  • Sales agents flag inappropriate content, handle escalations
  • Activity feed shows all agent actions: reviews, approvals, contacts, escalations
  • Customer can see what the sales agent did and chat with them directly
  • Human team handles complex tasks that AI can't (negotiations, complaints, custom deals)

6. AI Tools (/automations)

  • Standalone AI tools that power the platform:
    • Email Generator — AI-powered personalized email drafts
    • Lead Scorer — Intelligent lead ranking by engagement, fit, and intent
    • Response Analyzer — Sentiment and intent analysis of email replies
    • Email Verifier — Deliverability verification (coming soon)

7. One AI — Intelligent Co-pilot

  • Natural language interface to all platform features
  • Accessible from dashboard chat bar and floating panel on every page
  • Ask questions like "Show my best leads" or "Draft a follow-up email"
  • AI understands pipeline, campaigns, and team context

Getting Started

npm install

  • Premium floating sidebar with gradient accent line
  • Apple-inspired decorative elements (rings, orbs, dot patterns)
  • Consistent type scale: 10px labels, 11px body, 12px emphasis
