We really need to set a max files changed limit on PRs... This is not what I wanted to read at 12AM, although it LGTM.

This PR fixes check for team size and add automated tests for it:
Now invite fails when action is taken whilst team size is >= max event allowed size
This PR also introduces more styling rules and most importantly - Copyright notice check under the following directories:
Due to those changes there is a lot of reformatting included.
