Follow-up to #1378. Two small corrections to
generate-metadata.mdthat were missed when #1378 was squash-merged:wmill generate-metadata rehash [folder]as a subcommand, not a--rehash-onlyflag. Doc updated to match the actual command surface, including the rehash-specific--skip-scripts/flows/appsand-i/-eoptions.wmill sync pullauto-fill is skipped under--jsonand--dry-runso non-interactive scripts and previews don't mutatewmill-lock.yaml. Mentioned explicitly so users running CI pulls don't expect the lockfile to be touched.Tracks the CLI changes in windmill-labs/windmill#8978.
