Tempo Wallet Snapshot - paid API returning Tempo blockchain wallet stats.

Endpoints

• GET /api/snapshot - TIP-20 balances, nonce, account type. $0.01 basic / $0.02 deep (?deep=true adds 7-day activity via getLogs). Charges USDC.e via MPP.
• GET /api/tokens - full TIP-20 token registry for Tempo Mainnet. Free.
