Description:
This pull request adds support for viewing and managing alerts for all services assigned to a specific escalation policy, in addition to the existing service-specific alerts functionality. The changes include updates to the alerts list component to accept either a
serviceIDorpolicyID, new routing and UI elements for escalation policy alerts, and improvements to filtering and status display logic.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
