💡 What:
Added reliable loading states (disabled, aria-busy, and visual text change) to the Login, Register, and Google Sign-in buttons. The implementation wraps the simulated async logic in Promises and uses try...finally to ensure the buttons always restore their original state.

🎯 Why:
When users click to log in or register, the simulated delay without visual feedback makes the interface feel broken or unresponsive, leading users to potentially click multiple times. This enhancement provides immediate confirmation that their action is being processed.

📸 Before/After:
Before: Clicking 'Sign In' did nothing visually until the toast appeared a moment later.
After: The button instantly dims, sets aria-busy="true", and displays "⏳ Loading...", then reverts once complete.

♿ Accessibility:
Added aria-busy="true" to the active button and applied disabled to prevent duplicate submissions, helping screen reader users understand the background process and preventing keyboard users from accidentally submitting twice.

Added disabled and aria-busy states to the Login, Register, and Google
Sign-In buttons in `app.js` to provide better user feedback during mock
async operations, ensuring correct state restoration using `finally` blocks.
