First working version, no documentation

Implemented features:

• Selection of programs from a ./programs folder, relative to the current working directory;
• Automatic update of the programs list when a new file is created / removed;
• Static configuration of serial port parameters in the ./settings.ini file;
• Progress bar showing the upload percentage;
