Fix for Alfresco version 4.2.c and 4.2.d to make CK editor to work with in both Share Respository and Share sites Inline Edit.
This sample file if used will make CK editor available for the html pages edited under wcmqs sites created in Share. The html files created under this sites are of type ws:article
This fix will make CK editor to work in both Share repository and in site for both Alfresco 4.2.c and 4.2.d. Earlier it failed to work for files under Repository

This will fix CK editor not showing in Repository and also under wcmqs sites.
