I work on backend-heavy systems around trading infrastructure, blockchain protocols, and developer tooling.
2024 – now — built a Solana trading stack from scratch inside a private fund: sub-100ms market data ingestion, execution systems, backtesting, and quant research infrastructure over 40TB+ of historical chain data (Rust, Solana Geyser gRPC, TypeScript, Go, Python, ClickHouse, Kafka, Parquet, Postgres, Grafana, CatBoost). Hired the engineering team from zero.
2023 — protocol design and implementation (Rust, Solidity, TypeScript) around intents, solvers, and cross-chain messaging at Khalani. Built the Cardano ↔ EVM general message passing system on top of Hyperlane — Merkle tree, outbox indexing, validator/relayer, Helm deployment (design doc). Authored CIP-0101: keccak256 for Plutus — a cross-chain verification primitive for Cardano. Contributed upstream to Hyperlane core. Protocol design informed by deep analysis of UniswapX, Anoma, and SUAVE.
2022 — founding blockchain engineer at BAXUS, a Solana marketplace for tokenized real-world assets — highly cross-functional: frontend (Remix.js, Next.js, Tailwind), onchain (Solana AuctionHouse, NFT marketplace, RWA onboarding pipelines, crypto on-ramp, wallet integration), infra (Kubernetes).
2021 — delivered the Solana integration into Rarible's protocol and product stack, and built distributed metadata and indexing infrastructure (Kotlin, coroutines, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis) powering the multi-chain NFT marketplace — deeper backend and low-level engineering.
2015 – 2021 — 6 years at JetBrains on IntelliJ IDEA indexing systems, static analysis (IntelliJ Plugin Verifier), and internal engineering infrastructure.
Side channel — actively investing in AI tooling, coding agents, and agentic automation. Writing first-principles theory of agent building blocks, learning by building hands-on playgrounds (LangGraph, Apache Iceberg, HashiCorp Vault), and automating workflows end-to-end with agent frameworks.
