• Reworked legacy marketing pages and registration flows using Laravel Blade and Tailwind, integrating Vue and Vite into a legacy Laravel monorepo.
• Improved PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse) from 43 to 67 (mobile) and 17 to 90 (desktop) with strong gains in accessibility, best practices, and SEO.
