Per-edge import kind annotations and JSON schema versioning.

### Added

- Edge-kind annotations on chain and trace output: every import edge shows `-[static]->` or `-[dynamic]->` with a classification summary per chain ([#189])
- `AnnotatedChain` struct carrying per-hop `EdgeKind` through the query layer
- `ChainClassification` enum (`AllStatic`, `Mixed`, `AllDynamic`) derived from edge-kind sequences, using internally tagged serde for uniform JSON objects
- `--format-version <N>` flag on all subcommands with `--json` for JSON schema versioning ([#191])
- `format_version` field in all JSON output
- Format-version 1 emits the pre-0.5.0 JSON shape for migration; format-version 2 is the current schema
- Stderr warning when `--json` is used without `--format-version`

### Changed

- **Breaking:** `ChainReport.chains` JSON field changed from array of string arrays to array of annotated objects with `modules`, `edge_kinds`, and `classification` fields. Use `--format-version 1` for the old shape.
- `PackageEntry` in trace JSON output gained `edge_kinds` and `classification` fields (additive, non-breaking)
- Pre-push hook skips perf attestation gate on non-main branches ([#190])
