Intentionally deferred from the v0.2.0 release. This is a major-version bump that needs its own validation pass (the build + the entity/migration layer for TypeORM; the full type-check for TypeScript) — folding it into the release PR would expand its blast radius. Will be triaged on its own after v0.2.0 ships. |

Stamps 0.2.1 across package.json + package-lock.json (backend and dashboard), the README/docs version badges, and the Swagger API version; adds the [0.2.1] CHANGELOG section.
