When callee is an registered extension, the remote uri is the original request uri from the caller, like bob registered at localhost, it will be bob@localhost, and also if the destination have set, it will prevent the locator to find out the actual address, so the cancel will send to wrong address.
and also, remote is used for in dialog request, not for cancel, so this should be removed.
