Playerlist Podder v2.1 - 2HG event pages

2 Headed Giant event pages have a different layout. This updates the extension to use the "Standby List" section to set up the pod and cEDH overrides. It also includes some UI tweaks and tweaks to the injected text and override layout.

Playerlist Podder v2!

Rewrote a lot of things and moved the UI into Chrome's extension sidebar.

Added a cEHD checkbox so that podding cEDH players separately works better. Pod report header, non-4 preference, and total seats value are now saved.
