This reverts commit 2e7126e.
Restructure into a multi-command CLI (export/import) with a shared main.go dispatcher. The new import command reads a CSV file and loads history entries into the local atuin DB, skipping duplicates. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
