Add explicit CSS rules for the active settings navigation button in Metro Teal and Neon Love themes. The active state now displays with a visible background highlight and colored text matching each theme's accent color (teal for Metro Teal, cyan for Neon Love), making the currently selected settings section visually distinct.

  • Metro Teal: teal background at 15% opacity with teal text
  • Neon Love: cyan background at 15% opacity with cyan text
  • Light theme: unchanged
