docs: presenter template + one-pager for introducing rivet#226
Merged
Conversation
Two reusable documents for talks/intros: - docs/intro-talk-template.md — full structure (5/15/30-min variants), audience-pluggable hooks/closes, demo blocks, Q&A prep. Keeps the three-pillar thesis canonical (typed atoms, oracle-gated agents, agent-first form factor) while letting hooks/closes vary by audience. - docs/intro-talk-onepager.md — 90-second handout. Hand to someone on the way to lunch. Pairs with the elevator demo. Both are checked in so the talk format is versioned alongside the tool. Future speakers get a starting point; the thesis evolves deliberately, not silently. Trace: skip

Two reusable docs for introducing rivet to humans:
docs/intro-talk-template.md— full structure (5/15/30-min variants), audience-pluggable hooks/closes, Q&A prepdocs/intro-talk-onepager.md— 90-second handoutBoth keep the three-pillar thesis (typed atoms, oracle-gated agents, agent-first form factor) canonical while letting hooks/closes vary by audience. Companion to PR #225 (README + quickstart agent in flight).
The template explicitly notes which sections evolve per-talk (§4 recently-shipped bullets) vs which stay stable (§2 thesis). Future speakers get a starting point.
