Polish tech stack page: recategorize, remove Vue.js, add new technologies

[Copilot]

The profile tech stack page had Vue.js listed incorrectly and was missing several technologies profiq actively uses. GraphQL was also buried under "Backend & Databases" rather than grouped with other API technologies.

Removals

• Frontend: removed Vue.js

Additions

• Frontend: React Native
• Backend & Databases: Neo4J, DynamoDB, Firestore
• APIs (new section): REST API, GraphQL (moved from Backend), gRPC, Protocol Buffers
• CI/CD: TeamCity
• Testing: Vitest, Playwright
• Monitoring & Observability (new section): Prometheus, Grafana
• AI & ML Tools: Azure AI Foundry
