US-International keyboard layout with AltGr (Right Alt) dead keys.
This layout simply moves all dead keys to the AltGr layer, and eliminates some other minor annoyances (e.g., ç/Ç now on its logical C key).
This MSKLC implementation is targeted towards more 'conservative' users (meeting basic needs).
Note that it only has minimal differences from 'US-International' to achieve the desired results.

=> Blue keys : dead keys in combination with AltGr (+ Shift).
=> Win/Linux : Only use "BASIC LATIN" characters (codes 32 to 126) for your Windows, Microsoft Live and Linux passwords !
Otherwise, it might be impossible to type any Unicode character higher than "Basic Latin" at the login screen/prompt (due to a different keyboard configuration) ! => ACCOUNT LOCKOUT
=> Win/Linux : ALWAYS make your system passwords VISIBLE during modification !
