Add genesplice task epic for remaining work

Summary

Adds tasks/aidd-genesplice-epic.md — the task epic for the remaining genesplice work.

Tasks

• Sub-agent isolation via /aidd-parallel — delegate research, candidate generation, and scoring to isolated sub-agent contexts
• Pipeline subcommands — decompose the monolithic pipeline into effect subcommands (gather, research, build) and thinking subcommands (criteria, score, splice, summarize), each eval-testable in isolation
• --output flag — support arbitrary artifact types beyond the default candidate-output spec
• Deterministic criteria auto-testing — auto-generate Bun CLI tests for mechanically verifiable criteria (binary 10/0 instead of subjective 0–10)

Critical dependency

Blocked on PR #168 (cursor/aidd-config-json-support-24c1) which contains the /aidd-parallel skill required for sub-agent delegation.
