Add new Cosmo and Gimlet cores for SPD testing

This is a purely mechanical follow-up to #617 that adds a recent Gimlet and Cosmo core, then re-runs TRYCMD=overwrite cargo test --release.

It's primarily to test fixed spd decoding. It also runs every other unit test, because that's how Humility works.
