This PR adds pre-selection of all accounts on the benchmark wizard's account selection step by setting selectAll: true in the AWS provider configuration. The selectAll feature was already implemented in the codebase and used on the "workflows" step; this change simply enables it for the "accounts" step as well.
Changes:

"selectAll": trueto the "accounts" step in the AWS benchmark provider JSON configuration, so all accounts are pre-selected by default when users reach that step.
