  • Add submodules: pnnl-hub-voltage, pnnl-hub-control, pnnl-hub-power, pnnl-dsse-ekf, pnnl-imputation-ffnn, pnnl-profiler-sdv
  • Register hub and EKF components in components.json
  • Add pnnl-dsse-ekf to unit test matrix (Python 3.13 only)
  • Skip non-federate submodules in verify workflows
  • Update README component status table and component list

The Unit Test - Components / test (3.13, pnnl-dsse-ekf) seems very difficult to accomplish. The EKF algorithm is a C++ library with a very large number of deps. Do you have any ideas for a path forward?

If the unit test doesn't need to be updated, everything else makes sense.
