USER and EMAIL configure the git author when making commits WORKING_DIR is the root of path where repo is cloned and user data lives PUSH_REPO is where PR branches are pushed ORIGIN_REPO is the upstream repo where PRs are opened
this seems to fix dehydrated failing to run and obtain certificates
