Most of what's pinned here started because nothing existed that did the thing the way I wanted it done:
- funke — self-hosted Discord alternative, because age-verification regulation made the real one annoying enough that I wanted out
- OmniView — multi-AI news aggregator (Claude/GPT/Gemini, GDELT across 44 countries), because every outlet has bias and no existing UI surfaces that across providers
- CaptureStream — Twitch/YouTube/TikTok recorder, because the existing ones charge subscriptions for what
streamlinkandyt-dlpdo for free - synapser-backend — AI day-planner with a CP-SAT solver underneath, because asking an LLM to plan your day directly produces optimistic nonsense
- About-Me — my actual portfolio, a bike you drive around an island
The bike portfolio is at numan-yesil.com. There's a Kali terminal hidden on a router behind a tree — CVE-2017-7921 walkthrough, the original audit was my family's restaurant in 2022 — and an SQL injection lab tucked inside a fake macOS desktop.
I build whatever I feel like at the moment. Mostly I'm trying to keep up with how fast everything's moving in tech — read too much, follow release notes, try new tools before they have proper docs, then build something with them to check if I actually understood it. Some experiments ship. Some I drop after three days because I underestimated them. Right now I'm bouncing between AI Security (prompt injection on LLMs, MCP server vulns), web graphics, and whatever bug bounty target catches my attention on HackerOne.
