I'd rather keep the password sheet access quite limited. By cc'ing you and me on the email to 2i2c where they request the password, I keep the password sheet updated, and the requester knows it because they requested it. What do you think?

This updates the Hub request for for workshops to match the one at NASA. It standardizes the fields a bit better, and since I'm managing the workshop requests in both orgs, it helps me to have them the same.
