Hi, I'm Nikolai, a Junior Research Group Leader at the Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology (LSB@TUM). Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Britta Velten where I develop methods to analyze omics data in a (subcellular) spatial context after having worked on graph-based methods to interpret metabolome and lipidome data during my PhD.
