Summary

Targeted additions to CLAUDE.md for things that exist on master but weren't surfaced for future agents working in this repo:

  • uv-based preview / build-all alongside the Docker preview command
  • nextflow lint as a callable common command
  • preview_release.py (record-a-release workflow)
  • The index_page frontmatter template and its index_page_hook.py renderer
  • A note that top-level hello-nextflow/, hello-nf-core/, nf4-science/, side-quests/ script trees are paired with the matching docs/en/docs/<module>/ lesson trees via --8<-- snippets, so edits usually need to land together
  • A short pointer to the project's custom Claude skills (/preview, /test-example, /run-tutorial, /validate, /new-lesson, /new-module, etc.)

No content was removed; existing conventions, style guidance, and gotchas are unchanged.

Test plan

  • Render CLAUDE.md on GitHub and confirm the new sections read correctly
  • Spot-check that the documented commands match _scripts/docs.py and preview_release.py on master

Adds the missing uv-based preview and build commands, the `nextflow lint`
entrypoint, the `preview_release.py` workflow, the `index_page` frontmatter
template (and its hook), and a pointer to the repo's project-specific Claude
skills. Also clarifies the docs/<module>/ ↔ top-level <module>/ scripts
pairing so edits stay in sync.
