Replace body-text detection with a proper MIME header approach. The composer gains a "Mark as AI generated" checkbox (auto-checked when a smart reply snippet is inserted, freely toggleable by the user). On send, an X-AI-Generated: 1 header is added to the MIME message. The thread view reads that header via ImapMessageFetcher and shows the existing "Contains AI generated content" hint.
