Regenerates the 2026-01-01-magnetar TypeScript SDK and updates sdk/core to match API route and client-shape changes.
Networking & isolation: Adds generated clients for enclaves, networks (including network logs), network policies and rules, firewalls (with attach/detach network policies), and firewall bindings, exposed under dashboard, management, and top-level API paths.
Breaking client changes: Provider tool listing moves from
providers-toolstoprovider-tools(types renamed fromProvidersTools*toProviderTools*). The public SDK dropsproviders.toolsand exposesprovider.toolsinstead.
