takes in version(s) to be removed, and attempts to delete them from the global cache and hash store. only takes semantic version names, which can be obtained from the existing 'any list-installed'.

Hi!
Noticed #47 was dead and I wanted this functionality, so made a really simple version of it.
Just checks for any amount of supplied sem-versions, and tries to delete each one sequentially.
Does not bail out if one fails to delete, just logs it and moves on.
