Snippets … tracked as follow-on work" but v0.2.0 shipped the snippet pack (commit 7d0723b) and Tier 4 of the m-dev-tools self-containment sprint (commit 43efcf0) added the bundled manifest snapshot. Updates the bullet list to reflect both shipped, and notes that the remaining "richer diagnostic surface" items are still follow-on. No code or behaviour changes.
