Master build icon from appveyor to GH Actions

The cryptography used in Encryptamajig is outdated. It was using Rfc2898DeriveBytes of which there are no remaining non-obsolete constructors in the .NET library.
Also removed Newtonsoft.Json
Remove appveyor.
