This PR is related to PR #7041 as a refined and stable version with resolved conflicts and build failures

Fixes issue #6986

Notes for Reviewers

• Ran make site and verified the added support for Google Drive links in the profile picture field of newcomers form, allowing users to share images directly from Google Drive
• Support both shareable (/view) and direct download (/uc?) Google Drive formats
• Maintained backward compatibility with existing image URL formats
• Additionally, fixed typo: "Contibutor" → "Contributor"
• Fixed spacing in Button component props
• Ran npm run lint with no errors
