Regenerate npm lockfile for markdownlint-cli2@0.22.1, eslint-plugin-mdx@3.7.0, and mint after merging PR #22. Drops guides/what-you-can-build.mdx (removed on main).
Add articles/agentic-oracles as the concept page, register it in nav, redirect /articles/ixo-oracles to the article (not build-an-oracle), and update internal links across guides, build-an-oracle, and reference docs.
