Summary
Adds Fabric Cost Analysis (FCA), a Microsoft solution accelerator for Fabric cost monitoring / FinOps, to the catalog. It's a standalone named solution within the fabric-toolbox repo, listed separately just like FUAM. Submitted via issue #6.
