fix(header): Align Docs logo vertically with nav links#16640

Add matching py-2 and border-b-2 border-transparent to the logo link to match the nav link structure. Remove h-full and pb-[2px] hacks from the image wrapper. Apply -1px translate to fine-tune baseline alignment. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
