Replace \deno run -Ar\ with \deno run -RW --allow-net=jsr.io --allow-run=deno -r\ on the homepage quick-start command. Limits network access to JSR only and removes --allow-env/--allow-sys/--allow-ffi permissions.\n\nCloses #3838
