Affiliation casing/terminology is inconsistent with the rest of this table. Elsewhere in this file unaffiliated folks are listed as "Individual developer" (e.g., committee.md:31 and :34), but this new entry uses "independent software engineer". Consider standardizing this value (including capitalization) to match the existing convention.
