- Add 0508 toll-free number patterns (6 and 7 digits after prefix) - Add 0900 premium rate number patterns (5 and 6 digits after prefix) - Add corresponding test cases This fixes validation issues where NZ phone numbers with 0508 and 0900 prefixes were incorrectly rejected as invalid. Fixes TALK-20651
