- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New
- Search for "Fleetbase for WooCommerce"
- Click Install Now and then Activate
- Follow the setup wizard to create your Fleetbase account
- Download the latest release from GitHub Releases
- Upload the
fleetbase-woocommercefolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
- Follow the setup wizard to create your Fleetbase account
- WordPress 5.8 or higher
- WooCommerce 6.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- HTTPS enabled (recommended for security)
- Install and Activate the plugin
- Complete the Setup Wizard:
- Enter your email and create a password
- Your Fleetbase account will be created automatically
- The plugin will configure itself with your API credentials
- Start Selling: Orders will automatically sync to Fleetbase
- Monitor Usage: View your resource consumption in the Fleetbase dashboard
Access plugin settings at Fleetbase > Settings in your WordPress admin.
- API Configuration: View your API connection status
- Auto-Sync Orders: Enable/disable automatic order synchronization
- Tracking Page: Enable customer-facing order tracking
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
- Select a shipping zone
- Click Add shipping method
- Select Fleetbase from the dropdown
- Configure the method title and enable it
Synced orders will have a Fleetbase tracking number added to the order notes. You can view the full order details in your Fleetbase Console.
Customers can track their orders by:
- Using the tracking link in their order confirmation email
- Visiting your tracking page (add the
[fleetbase_tracking_page]shortcode to any page)
View your resource usage at Fleetbase > Dashboard:
- Current trial status
- Resource unit consumption
- Plan recommendations based on your usage
- 200 resource units (equivalent to 100 orders)
