Fernando Arizmendi

Physicist (Instituto Balseiro, PhD in Climate Dynamics & Complex Systems) turned AI/ML engineer. I build production AI systems with a focus on rigorous design: deterministic code for decisions, LLMs for communication.

Current projects

  • Skygent — Hybrid agentic weather monitoring system. Combines deterministic threshold logic (ECMWF IFS) with LLM narration. LangGraph, FastAPI, Telegram, 204 unit tests.
  • AuditAI — ISO 9001 certification assistant with multi-stage conversation design, RAG over ISO corpus, and document gap analysis. LangGraph, FAISS, 344 unit tests.
