added simple .cmds for debugging test.fsx script from either the IDE or the command line added diagnostic lines appended todo / bug / done / fixed / notes sections. Just a simple in-file co-ordination mechanism. added basic .gitignore
…emoved by including the IsStatic=true setting
changed default get to text (from binary) removed TODO from body of code removed done / resolved comments added async code body. Needs to be completed in-line with async workflows
removed unused type, and attached the xml comment to 'topType'

NB. taking off 'Delayed' seemed to hang the TypeProvider in the IDE, so I've left it as Delayed for now.
