This adds
community_cloudto thevastaibackend and defaults it totrue.community_cloud: falsemeans only secure cloud offers are used.The default is
truefor now because secure cloud inventory for some GPUs (for exampleH100) currently includes many offers with max CUDA version<= 12.6, which can overly reduce visible offers under strict filtering. This default can be changed back tofalsewhen that situation changes.Depends on dstackai/gpuhunt#218
