Branded Paper Warning: Printed formats will not be 100% faithful if the specific carrier or store uses branded thermal papers. These are thermal rolls where logos and policy text are pre-printed on the back of the paper. Since the printer does not write on the back, users must understand that these specific papers must be sourced through authorized distributors, eBay, or internal contacts.

Dynamic Updates via Definitions: Our software uses a Definitions-based architecture. This means you don't need to wait for a full software update to access new invoice templates. New formats are added as modular files that the app loads instantly.
If you have purchased devices from a specific carrier or store and have a personal file you wish to port, you can use our "Provide Support File" button.
- How it works: Simply send us a photo, PDF, or email receipt of the format you need.
- Porting Process: Our team will work on integrating the format into the app within 24 to 72 hours.

Code of Conduct: Patience and respect are the keys to successful support. Our team is dedicated to helping you, but we have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. Users who behave poorly or attempt to abuse the staff will be referred to our strictest administrators—expect a firm response if you fail to maintain a respectful attitude.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Once the service has been rendered—which is defined as the registration of a Serial Number (SN) and the successful generation/printing of a document—absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Any external outcome, such as receiving a negative response or rejection from Apple Support or any third party, is the sole responsibility of the user. Rejections are NOT valid grounds for refunds or claims.

Magic Invoice App is solely a software tool that automates the input of user-provided information into exact templates. The use of the software for any purpose beyond its design is the user's liability.
