Reworked the settings UI into a single scrollable surface of reusable GroupBox-based cards. The tabs are gone, the sections are now grouped as Display, Window, Typography, Appearance, Countdown, Alerts, Advanced, and Help, and the spacing/labels were normalized without moving away from the native WPF look.
