DesktopClock can end up in a broken visibility state after being reached through Alt+Tab: it appears in the taskbar even when the user has configured it not to, and there is no reliable way to dismiss that taskbar presence without restarting the app.

This change makes that visibility behavior stable so the app continues to respect the user’s taskbar and Alt+Tab preferences even after focus and window-state transitions.

Closes #92

alt+tab landing on desktop clock causes it to show up on taskbar, without ability to hide except quitting and restarting
