Cut from 569 to 270 lines (~52%). Fix stale MiniVM paths (bc_emitter.rb lives in examples/minivm/), remove dead scheme_transpiler.rb / interpreter.cht deprecation note, collapse redundant pass / pipeline / authority-boundary sections into a single source-of-truth table, and unify the duplicate invariant lists into one numbered 1-17 set.
