perf(worker): Reduce N+1 queries for component comparisons

Fixes WORKER-PG0. The issue was that: ComputeComparison task performs N+1 queries by individually fetching CompareComponent records for each component in a loop.

• Pre-load all existing CompareComponent records for a CommitComparison in a single bulk query.
• Pass the pre-loaded records to compute_component_comparison to avoid individual database lookups for each component.
• Significantly reduces N+1 database queries when computing component comparisons.
